fathers and children sharing activities and workshops in waltham forest
The Aspire Fathers Project is funded by the Acacia Children's Centre and supported by the Community Action Team. Based in Leytonstone, but anyone is welcome to get involved. The poject aims to increase the interactivity and bond between father and child, provide a safe and enjoyable environment, improve health and emotional development for young children, and supports men in their aspirations towards being better and more involved fathers. The AFP achieves its aims by organising indoor and outdoor workshops for fathers and their children throughout the year, and by incorporating activities and planning within its workshops to promote better health and interactivity for father and child.
